Student Reader Application - due by October 31st to the appropriate Student Reader Chair! This application is not current for the 2012 committee, but you can look at it for the basic structure. The application is a Word Document so if you need to cut and paste the form information into your own document, you may do so.
FYI: 6th and 7th Graders will be eligible as student readers for the 2012 Intermediate Committee while 8th and 9th graders will be eligible as student readers for the 2012 Teen Committee.
